The Anderson Plaid

Did you ever wonder if there was an Anderson plaid?  You didn't?  Well, anyhow, there is a Scotch plaid for the Anderson family, though the Scottish version of the name derives from Andrew, rather than Anders.  It is interesting that the motto on the Anderson coat of arms is "Stand Sure."  That is quite like the meaning of Fasth, the name given to Victor's father when he joined the Swedish army, and the name used by all of Victor's siblings.  "Fasth" means "sturdy," "reliable" in Swedish.
Here is the plaid.  I think it is rather nice,
but then I am partial to blue.  I have an
Anderson plaid scarf.

If you ever wanted to wear a kilt, now you have an excuse to do it.

And here is the Anderson store in Edinburgh, Scotland.
I don't know what they sell, but if you are ever in Edinburgh,
you might stop in.  Perhaps they  give Andersons a discount.
